Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a patient care coordination or similar role.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and pharmaceutical knowledge, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology tools.
