Business Operations Lead
Job description
About the role
You will own the design and execution of high-leverage, cross-functional initiatives that sit between existing teams and drive measurable business outcomes. You will translate ambiguous strategic problems into concrete, shipped results by coordinating stakeholders and defining clear paths from idea to implementation. This role requires extreme ownership over projects that span product, GTM, care transformation, and finance with the goal of scaling core business operations. You will build the source-of-truth frameworks and processes that allow Ambience to operate efficiently across its fastest-growing customer segments. The position is structured for rapid growth, giving you increasing scope and responsibility as you prove your ability to deliver durable systems. You will partner closely with executive leadership to raise the bar for execution rigor while maintaining candor, positivity, and deep thought. Because the problems you solve directly impact patient care and clinician experience, you are expected to act with high integrity and a strong sense of mission.
