What you'll do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Altenar's marketing objectives and brand voice.
• Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all content is consistent with the overall brand messaging and campaign goals.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities to inform content creation and strategy adjustments.
• Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering a sense of community and brand loyalty.
• Stay updated on the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices to ensure that Altenar remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
• Assist in the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking.
• Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to produce visually appealing content that captures audience attention.
• Conduct regular audits of social media channels to assess performance and identify areas for growth.
• Prepare reports on social media performance and present findings to the marketing team and stakeholders.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas and campaigns that engage our target audience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably within the gaming or sports betting industry.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and engagement metrics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
