Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field. Demonstrate a strong interest in automotive electrical and electronic systems and emerging vehicle technologies.
Understand electrical and electronic system concepts, system integration, and vehicle architectures. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret test results and identify issues. Use excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information.
Work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional engineering environment. Maintain a proactive learning mindset to develop expertise in complex vehicle systems. Pay close attention to detail and commit to producing accurate, high-quality test results and documentation.
Nice to have
Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing or other automotive simulation and validation environments is brought to the role. Knowledge of vehicle communication networks such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, or related automotive protocols is possessed. Familiarity with electrical/electronic system integration and vehicle feature validation is demonstrated.
Engagement with configuration management and change management processes occurs. Experience developing or maintaining test cases, test procedures, and validation documentation is present. Familiarity with automotive development processes, testing methodologies, and system-level troubleshooting is applied. Exposure to multiple vehicle platforms or complex automotive electrical architectures is held.
