What you'll do

• Architect and deploy production-grade automation tools using Golang to replace high-volume manual tasks across global teams.
• Partner with frontend developers to build and standardize internal tooling using React and Typescript for seamless operational workflows.
• Conduct detailed operational reviews to uncover process inefficiencies and translate them into technical requirements.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators such as MTTC, queue volume, and manual task reduction to guide iterative development.

Requirements
