Key facts
What you'll do
- Architect and deploy production-grade automation tools using Golang to replace high-volume manual tasks across global teams.
- Partner with frontend developers to build and standardize internal tooling using React and Typescript for seamless operational workflows.
- Conduct detailed operational reviews to uncover process inefficiencies and translate them into technical requirements.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators such as MTTC, queue volume, and manual task reduction to guide iterative development.
- Author technical RFCs and comprehensive project briefs that outline platform-wide improvements and long-term strategy.
- Liaise with Compliance and Security departments to ensure all system designs and automations satisfy regulatory and audit requirements.
- Oversee the complete system lifecycle, including the management of CI/CD pipelines with ArgoCD and Terraform, and active participation in on-call rotations.
- Implement system designs that prioritize robust data lineage and transparent audit trails to meet regulatory transparency standards.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate appropriate patterns to enhance the scalability and reliability of internal services.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align technical solutions with the strategic objectives of brokerage operations.
- Optimize database interactions and backend services to ensure high performance and resilience under peak operational loads.
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices for building maintainable and observable software systems.

Requirements
- Possess 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with large-scale production systems that handle critical workloads.
- Demonstrate a strong operational mindset and business acumen when addressing complex problems that impact the enterprise.
- Show expert-level proficiency in Golang, including advanced knowledge of memory management and concurrency patterns.
- Prove the ability to deliver end-to-end features using React and Typescript in fast-paced and collaborative environments.
- Exhibit proficiency in SQL, specifically with PostgreSQL, for designing efficient queries and managing complex data schemas.
- Model human workflows as technical systems with precision, ensuring that software accurately reflects operational reality.
