What you'll do
You will design intuitive flows for trading dashboards used by institutions worldwide, ensuring clarity and precision in every interaction. Building backend services in Golang that handle order execution and market data with low latency will be a core responsibility of your daily work. You will refine user workflows by capturing requirements and meticulously converting them into functional and reliable interfaces. Shipping reliable features through CI pipelines while maintaining strict quality standards and testing discipline is essential for success. Coordination with internal teams ensures seamless alignment of API contracts and frontend integrations, preventing integration issues before they arise. Integration of market data feeds guarantees that pricing information and system state remain accurate, timely, and trustworthy. You will optimize database schemas and complex queries to support high-performance reporting and strict compliance requirements. Guiding peers through detailed code reviews upholds consistency, elevates quality, and fosters shared ownership across the team. You will implement solutions that bridge the gap between sophisticated backend logic and elegant, user-friendly frontend experiences. Your work will directly influence the reliability and performance of tools that traders depend on for critical decision-making.
Requirements
You bring a minimum of 5 years of full-stack experience, demonstrating deep expertise with Golang and TypeScript/React in production environments. Clear communication and effective collaboration across distributed teams, often across time zones, are mandatory for this role. You collect detailed stakeholder needs and systematically convert them into implemented product features that meet business goals. Writing proficient TypeScript and React code to build responsive, high-performance user interfaces is a strict requirement of the position. Using modern HTML and CSS frameworks such as TailwindCSS to craft clean, consistent, and professional layouts is expected and necessary. Programming in at least one modern systems language like Golang or C# is a non-negotiable hard bar for candidates. You create user interfaces that are not only intuitive but also performant under the intense conditions of real-time trading. Working with SQL and relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, for critical data storage and querying is an integral part of this role. Designing and consuming REST APIs while adhering to established best practices and standards is required for successful integration. Attention to detail and a genuine care about design consistency, clarity, and usability are essential traits. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where requirements can evolve quickly and precision is paramount.
