Corporate policy papers, testimony, and reports are developed to communicate positions and recommendations on selected corporate engagement issues to decision-makers and coalition partners.
Company requests to avoid consideration of shareholder proposals are defended before the SEC, and review of other attorneys' work ensures quality and compliance on these matters.
Leadership coordinates a coalition of conservative and faith-based investors, proxy advisors, and shareholders to align objectives and actions. Public officials are engaged through structured outreach to build support for coalition priorities.
Priority issues are advanced through coordinated PR campaigns that organize letter writing, rally members of multiple coalitions, and execute strategic media outreach. These campaigns communicate organizational positions to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
The Viewpoint Diversity Index and related corporate research are managed, and a team of 3-4 research analysts is led to ensure timely, accurate analysis. Findings guide internal strategy and external communications.
Media interviews and public speaking engagements communicate the organization's positions to professional and public audiences. Messages are delivered clearly to reinforce policy objectives and coalition unity.
