Revenue Ops
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end execution of high-impact revenue operations initiatives that directly influence the efficiency and growth of our sales organization across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Finance to design data-driven strategies that reduce customer acquisition cost and improve conversion rates. This role gives you real ownership over projects from initial hypothesis through to full implementation and adoption, not just delivery. You will leverage modern low-code and AI tools to automate workflows and create scalable solutions that remove friction from the buyer journey. You will spend significant time in the field observing sales behaviors to uncover insights and then translate those insights into smarter processes and enablement programs. Your work will result in tangible, measurable improvements in sales productivity and effectiveness, with recent successes including the automation of slide deck generation and the launch of an AI-powered outbound engine.
