About the role

This six-month internship offers a direct partnership with the CTO and senior leadership to drive strategic growth and internal operations. What you'll do

• Assist with corporate governance by preparing board documentation and contributing to public affairs initiatives that shape the company narrative.
• Manage end-to-end strategic projects, including product launch planning and in-depth market analysis to inform executive decision-making.
• Coordinate internal communications to ensure alignment across teams and facilitate efficient information flow within the organization.
• Organize and execute event planning activities, including logistics for workshops and networking sessions with industry professionals.
• Support recruitment efforts for future associates by sourcing candidates and contributing to the evaluation and onboarding process.
• Drive growth initiatives by analyzing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for expansion in existing markets.
• Partner with the marketing team to develop content and materials that enhance brand visibility and thought leadership in the sector.
• Support partnership development by conducting outreach and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the ecosystem.

Requirements
