What you'll do

- Support recruitment efforts for future associates by sourcing candidates and contributing to the evaluation and onboarding process.
- Drive growth initiatives by analyzing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for expansion in existing markets.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop content and materials that enhance brand visibility and thought leadership in the sector.
- Support partnership development by conducting outreach and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the ecosystem.
Requirements
