Requirements
- A Master's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field is required; a Doctorate is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in institutional effectiveness, assessment, or a related area within higher education.
- Proven track record of successfully leading assessment initiatives and using data to drive institutional improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly and effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with accreditation processes and standards, particularly in higher education.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and tools, such as SPSS, Excel, or similar programs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
