What you'll do
- Develop and deliver engaging mathematics curriculum tailored to the needs of foundation-level students, ensuring alignment with academic standards and learning objectives.
- Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and collaboration.
- Assess student performance through various methods, including tests, quizzes, and assignments, providing constructive feedback to promote improvement.
- Utilize diverse teaching methodologies and technologies to enhance the learning experience and accommodate different learning styles.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to design interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that enrich the mathematics foundation program.

- Stay current with developments in mathematics education and pedagogical techniques, integrating new ideas into the classroom as appropriate.

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress, ensuring compliance with institutional policies.
- Engage with parents and guardians as needed to discuss student progress and address any concerns.

Requirements
- A master's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field is required; a Ph.D. is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of teaching experience at the secondary or post-secondary level, preferably in a foundation or remedial mathematics program.
- Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts and the ability to convey complex ideas in an accessible manner.
- Proven experience in developing curriculum and instructional materials that meet diverse student needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
- Familiarity with educational technology and online teaching platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- A commitment to professional development and continuous learning in the field of mathematics education.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
