What you'll do

• Collaborate with the Captain to conduct pre-flight briefings and ensure all flight plans are thoroughly reviewed and understood.
• Assist in the preparation of the aircraft for departure, including conducting safety checks and ensuring all necessary equipment is onboard.
• Actively participate in the flight operations, including takeoff, navigation, and landing, while adhering to all regulatory and company policies.
• Monitor aircraft systems and performance throughout the flight, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal operation.
• Communicate effectively with air traffic control and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and safe flight operations.
• Maintain accurate flight logs and documentation, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and company standards.
• Contribute to a positive and professional cabin environment, ensuring passenger comfort and safety throughout the flight.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Participate in post-flight debriefings to discuss flight performance, identify areas for improvement, and share insights with the team.
• Support the Captain in emergency situations by executing established protocols and procedures effectively.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service, representing Bamboohr with professionalism and integrity at all times.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, working closely with other crew members to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Valid EASA or FAA First Officer license with appropriate ratings for the Lineage 1000.
• Minimum of 1,500 hours of total flight time, including at least 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in jets.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure, particularly in emergency situations.
• Proficiency in using flight planning and navigation software, as well as standard aviation communication tools.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as flight schedules may require.

Nice to have

• Experience flying the Lineage 1000 or similar aircraft is highly desirable.
• Additional certifications or training in advanced aviation safety or emergency response.
• Multilingual abilities, particularly in languages relevant to our operational regions.
• Previous experience in a corporate aviation environment or with VIP clients.
• Familiarity with international flight operations and regulations.
