What you'll do

Operate the Challenger CL604/605 aircraft safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies.
Conduct pre-flight inspections and prepare flight plans, taking into account weather conditions, air traffic, and other relevant factors.
Communicate effectively with crew members and ground personnel to coordinate flight operations and ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers.
Monitor aircraft systems and performance during flight, making real-time decisions to ensure safety and efficiency.
Lead the cabin crew in delivering high-quality service to passengers, addressing any needs or concerns that may arise during the flight.
Maintain accurate flight logs and documentation, including maintenance records and incident reports, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry standards and best practices.
Collaborate with the operations team to optimize flight schedules and routes, maximizing efficiency and minimizing delays.
Engage in safety briefings and debriefings, sharing insights and experiences with fellow pilots to enhance team performance.
Serve as a mentor to junior pilots, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development within the company.

Requirements

Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) with type rating for the Challenger CL604/605.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a pilot in command on multi-engine jets, with significant time logged on the Challenger series.
Strong understanding of aviation regulations, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions in critical situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and lead by example.
Proficiency in using flight planning and navigation software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to varying schedules.
