Formulating and executing strategies accelerates Agoda's business growth across Korea by defining clear objectives and actions.

Requirements
More than 8 years of professional experience at multinational companies.
3-5+ years' experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams, with a proven track record in rapidly changing environments.
Relevant experience in account management, business development, or general management is required.
Strong numerical and analytical skills are required with keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills are necessary to propose ideas to potential partners and internal stakeholders.
Strategic thinking ability is required, with management consulting experience highly valued.
A professional "get it done" attitude and strong work ethic are required.
Resourceful, energetic, and self-driven personality traits are required.
Ability to move quickly, adapt well to change, and thrive in dynamic environments is required.
Experience in online or e-commerce business is preferred.
Fluency in English and Korean is required.
