Analyst/ Senior Analyst, Pricing Optimization
Job description
About the role
Join the Performance Marketing team to influence global travel pricing strategies through data-driven experimentation. You will work within a diverse, international group of analysts and data scientists to refine marketing programs and improve customer lifetime value. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end analytical lifecycle for pricing initiatives, translating ambiguous business questions into structured analytical plans. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that your findings directly support strategic marketing investments and revenue goals. Your work will establish the empirical foundation for testing hypotheses about traveler behavior and price sensitivity. You will be responsible for maintaining rigorous standards of data quality and reproducibility in all analytical deliverables. This role requires a proactive mindset to identify opportunities where pricing adjustments can unlock incremental performance. Ultimately, you will act as a trusted advisor to marketing and product leaders, guiding decisions with clear, evidence-based recommendations.
