About the role
Join the People & Talent team to establish and expand the company's people and talent analytics capabilities. This role owns the design, development, and continuous improvement of people and talent analytics functions that turn complex workforce data into strategic assets. You will build foundational structures and frameworks that convert raw HR data into clear, actionable business insights for leaders across the organization. The position leverages recent implementations of Workday and Greenhouse to redefine how workforce and talent data is standardized, managed, and analyzed at scale. You will act as a key partner to HR and business stakeholders, ensuring analytics practices align with evolving organizational needs and priorities. The role emphasizes the creation of a robust analytics foundation that supports data-driven decisions in hiring, retention, performance, and employee experience. You will champion the use of descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to move beyond reporting toward true business intelligence. This position is critical in establishing sustainable practices that ensure people data is reliable, transparent, and trusted across the enterprise.

What you'll do
- Construct and deploy dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics solutions utilizing Workday, Greenhouse, and a range of modern BI tools.
- Create and maintain reports that deliver clear, real-time visibility into critical workforce and talent trends across the organization.
- Deliver precise, timely, and decision-focused insights that directly influence business strategy and operational execution beyond standard reporting outputs.
- Design, document, and maintain scalable reporting structures, data definitions, and data models to ensure consistency and clarity in analytics outputs.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of people data across multiple integrated systems and data sources.
- Establish and own sustainable processes for data governance, including data quality checks, definitions, and reporting maintenance routines.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement automation opportunities to streamline reporting workflows and significantly reduce repetitive manual efforts.
- Contribute actively to the evolution and execution of the people analytics roadmap in collaboration with HR leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Introduce industry best practices in analytics methodology, workforce planning techniques, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Provide accurate, audit-ready workforce data, reports, and analyses to support internal reviews, external assessments, and investor due diligence activities.
- Develop reusable data packages, report templates, and analytical playbooks to standardize recurring due diligence and audit requests.
- Maintain full data traceability and documentation to ensure that all figures are verifiable, defensible, and transparent under rigorous scrutiny.
Requirements
- Bring 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in People Analytics, HRIS Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or closely related roles within fast-paced or rapidly scaling organizations.
- Demonstrate practical experience with HR information systems and complex data structures, with a strong focus on Workday as a core platform.
- Show strong proficiency in building interactive dashboards and detailed reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Alteryx.
- Prove the ability to translate ambiguous business questions and needs into structured analyses that generate meaningful, actionable insights.
- Have direct exposure to workforce planning concepts or advanced people analytics topics such as driver analysis, headcount modeling, or predictive modeling techniques.
- Exhibit strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of data work.
- Operate effectively and deliver results in an evolving environment where processes, data structures, and requirements are still being defined.
- Demonstrate experience in data modeling and the continuous improvement of data architecture within HRIS and analytics platforms.
- Communicate fluently in English, both in written and verbal formats, to ensure clarity and alignment with global stakeholders.
