What you'll do
Develop and implement integrated communication strategies for product launches and company initiatives.
Write and edit press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and other external-facing content materials.
Coordinate campaign timelines across multiple channels including social media, email, and web platforms.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate technical developments into clear messaging.
Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry commentators in the robotics space.
Plan and support event-based communications including trade shows, webinars, and company gatherings.
Monitor and report on campaign performance using relevant metrics and audience feedback data.
Ensure all communications materials are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and tone.
Support internal communications to keep employees informed about company news and key milestones.
Identify opportunities for thought leadership and industry positioning through targeted outreach efforts.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaign messaging with broader business objectives, quarterly goals, and product roadmaps.
Maintain an up-to-date communications calendar that tracks all upcoming initiatives, announcements, and media touchpoints.
Maintain a library of approved messaging templates and brand assets that teams can reference for consistent communications.
Requirements
Experience in communications, marketing, or a related field with a focus on technology or robotics industries.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
Familiarity with campaign planning tools, content management systems, and workflow automation platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail when producing polished professional materials.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment where priorities shift frequently.
Degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related academic discipline.
