Data Scientist
Job description
About the role
You will design and implement statistical and machine learning models that power real-time content understanding and budget allocation across millions of pieces of creator content. You will own the end-to-end data pipeline for our core ranking and pricing systems, translating raw signals from briefs, audiences, and outcomes into actionable intelligence. You will collaborate directly with product and growth teams to define experiments, measure impact, and iterate on models that directly influence how multi-million dollar creator ad budgets are distributed. You will build robust data infrastructure that ensures our attribution and measurement remain accurate, scalable, and trustworthy as we grow. You will work in an in-first environment where your analytical rigor and ability to communicate insights will shape product decisions and drive platform performance. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our high-trust marketplace by ensuring data quality and model performance compound effectively over time. If you thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous problems and care deeply about connecting data to business outcomes, this role is your opportunity to own the growth engine of a generational shift in advertising.
