About the role
The AI GTM Platform team builds the internal infrastructure that enables our forward-deployed engineers to ship solutions for enterprise customers at high velocity. You will design and maintain the systems that allow our teams to prototype, validate, and scale security products across the entire development lifecycle. This role centers on creating robust internal frameworks that abstract complexity from domain experts in the field. You will partner closely with product and sales engineering to translate customer requirements into durable technical foundations. The work involves balancing immediate delivery needs with long term platform stability and developer experience. Your contributions will directly influence how quickly new security capabilities are delivered to Fortune 500 clients. You will operate at the intersection of infrastructure, tooling, and product thinking to remove friction for the organization.

What you'll do
- Develop internal tools, APIs, and services to accelerate the deployment of customer-facing security solutions.
- Manage products through the full lifecycle, from experimental prototypes to early access and general availability.
- Utilize AI-augmented coding workflows to optimize development speed and automate routine tasks.
- Build scalable, secure systems capable of processing massive volumes of security events for Fortune 500 clients.
- Collaborate with field teams and customers to identify technical pain points and iterate on solutions.
- Implement observability and monitoring strategies to ensure reliability and rapid troubleshooting of platform issues.
- Design and evolve data models that support flexible configuration for diverse customer security workflows.
- Automate deployment pipelines and infrastructure provisioning to reduce manual overhead and human error.
- Write comprehensive documentation and technical guides to enable other engineers to use your platforms effectively.
- Coordinate sprint planning and technical discussions to align implementation details with business objectives.
- Refactor legacy components to improve maintainability, performance, and test coverage over time.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their applicability to the platform roadmap and customer demands.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Backend proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Go.
- Competency in at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Experience with or a strong willingness to adopt AI coding assistants in daily tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and performance tuning.
- Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Comfort working in a fast paced environment where priorities can shift based on customer needs and market demands.
- Willingness to participate in on call rotations and support incidents that impact platform availability.
- Commitment to writing clean, maintainable code and adhering to established engineering standards.
- Understanding of security and privacy principles relevant to handling sensitive customer data in cloud environments.
- Dedication to collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical decisions and business goals.
