• Collaborate with the analytics team to track KPIs and derive actionable insights that inform future marketing strategies.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for campaigns and promotions that align with company goals.
• Provide training and support to junior marketing team members on social media best practices and campaign execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media advertising.
• Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
• Proficiency in social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
