Discover new growth avenues within different channels, audience segments, messaging, and funnel stages to enhance efficiency and expand self-serve revenue.

Interpret performance data to provide clear recommendations for optimization, budget adjustments, and new experiments.
Establish strong communication channels with the Self-Serve and Growth teams to measure and improve trial-to-paid conversion rates and subsequent retention.
Design and conduct structured experiments across paid channels to continuously improve performance and find new avenues for self-serve growth.
Collaborate with Analytics and Growth teams to define hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement plans for experiments involving audiences, channels, creative assets, offers, landing pages, and funnel stages.
Execute and analyze tests with precision, ensuring learnings are documented and shared with marketing, product, and growth stakeholders.
