About the role
You will own the end to end success of a portfolio of strategic Managed Service Provider partners in the United States, guiding them through complex implementation cycles and driving both their growth and your retention metrics. You will act as the primary trusted advisor to MSPs, translating the 1Password platform into high impact deployments that unlock productivity for their end customers. The role requires you to build and maintain executive level relationships while navigating matrixed internal teams to remove blockers and accelerate deal momentum. You will leverage strong sales acumen to identify expansion opportunities and turn customer challenges into scalable solution narratives. You will also evangelize best practices across the MSP ecosystem, ensuring partners fully leverage 1Password tools and enablement resources. This position is critical in bridging product value with partner execution in a fast moving, AI infused security market.

What you'll do
- Assume end to end ownership of assigned MSP accounts, driving adoption, renewal, and expansion within a remote first US environment.
- Proactively uncover new deployment scenarios and upsell pathways that increase Annual Recurring Revenue across your managed portfolio.
- Translate complex technical workflows into clear implementation roadmaps tailored to the specific constraints of each MSP and their customers.
- Lead the onboarding and configuration process for new MSP partners, ensuring smooth integration into intricate enterprise technology landscapes.
- Coordinate closely with internal solutions and engineering teams to resolve partner escalations and keep critical timelines on track.
- Develop and deliver tailored value propositions to C level stakeholders, aligning 1Password capabilities with strategic business outcomes.
- Utilize customer success platforms and collaboration tools to track health metrics, risk indicators, and opportunity signals for each partner.
- Design and execute training programs that empower MSP teams to confidently sell, deploy, and support 1Password solutions.
- Monitor deployment pipelines to identify delays, surface risks early, and implement corrective actions that protect implementation velocity.
- Champion feedback from the field back to product and marketing teams, shaping future roadmap priorities and messaging for the MSP channel.
- Build and maintain a consultative relationship with key decision makers, presenting to executive audiences when necessary.
- Drive adoption of AI features within partner environments, demonstrating how intelligent tools can enhance security and reduce manual effort.
- Standardize playbooks and documentation so that best practices are replicated efficiently across multiple partner organizations.
- Act as the central point of contact for strategic issues, ensuring partner satisfaction remains consistently high.
Requirements
- Bring 5 or more years of proven experience in Customer Success, onboarding, or Account Management within a B2B SaaS or MSP focused setting.
- Demonstrate a track record of managing complex customer relationships and delivering successful implementation outcomes.
- Show strong experience leading software deployments in matrixed and often ambiguous organizational structures.
- Present a history of strong sales performance with clear evidence of meeting or exceeding established sales targets.
- Communicate effectively across diverse mediums including email, phone, video calls, and asynchronous platforms like Slack.
- Apply a solution oriented mindset to resolve customer challenges and navigate difficult trade offs.
- Exhibit familiarity with core customer success technology stacks such as Salesforce and Slack.
- Thrive in a remote first work model, taking ownership of your research, learning, and time management.
