What you'll do
- Define the strategy for our web platform to improve self-service purchasing and user navigation.
- Manage how customer intent and identity are captured, including form design, privacy controls, and lead scoring.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ship updates that increase conversion and user engagement.
- Connect web activity to our internal marketing and sales systems to ensure data flows accurately for attribution and lead routing.
- Use web analytics and user research to prioritize the product roadmap and validate new features.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between commercial stakeholders and engineering to align business goals with technical requirements.
- Analyze user behavior patterns to identify friction points and opportunities for optimization across the digital journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to establish metrics and success criteria for new digital initiatives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to inform positioning and feature differentiation on our platform.
- Drive experiments and A/B tests to continuously refine the user experience and maximize key conversion events.
- Partner with sales operations to ensure web-derived leads are nurtured and converted through aligned processes.
- Oversee the implementation of tracking strategies to ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Evaluate new technologies and vendor solutions to enhance the capabilities of our web ecosystem.
- Communicate product performance and roadmap progress to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in product management.
- 3 years of experience shipping customer-facing web products, specifically involving lead capture and marketing automation integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate product vision and rationale.
- Experience working with enterprise-level sales and marketing organizations is mandatory.
- Proficiency in interpreting data sets and drawing actionable insights to inform product decisions.
- Commitment to adhering to company policies and governance frameworks related to digital operations.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for stakeholder meetings or industry events as needed.
- Ability to thrive in an environment that values innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies is essential.
