About the role
This role serves as a technical anchor within the Corporate Operations organization, focusing on the architecture and integration of G&A systems. You will design secure data structures and automated workflows to support Finance, Procurement, HR, and Legal functions.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead integration strategy and data architecture across Finance, FP&A, Procurement, ZEO Success, and Legal platforms.
- Create and maintain end-to-end data models, lineage, and integration patterns to ensure a single source of truth.
- Develop and optimize API-based integrations, microservices, and file-based data flows.
- Implement AI-driven automation and integrate frameworks like Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to expose internal tools to AI agents.
- Enforce data security policies, including field-level encryption, masking, and access controls for sensitive PII and financial records.
- Use RACI frameworks to define data ownership and system accountability across departments.
- Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and SOPs to ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and CCPA standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Architecture, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in system integrations and backend development.
- Hands-on expertise with G&A systems, specifically Coupa, Workday, NetSuite, Navan, Lattice, and Greenhouse.
- Proficiency in LLM application patterns and modular protocol concepts.
- Understanding of data security, encryption, and IT/SOX compliance.
- Ability to translate complex technical blueprints for functional business partners.

- REST API, Webhooks, OAuth 2.0, SQL, JavaScript, Python.
