Implementation Consultant

About the role

You will manage the deployment of Zuora Billing and CPQ solutions for large-scale enterprise clients. This role involves guiding customers through the entire project lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to final system configuration and deployment.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Partner with Solution Architects to design and deploy Zuora Billing and CPQ products.
• Translate business needs into technical configurations and functional documentation.
• Manage system testing, user acceptance testing, and post-deployment troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve implementation hurdles.
• Lead customer training sessions to ensure successful platform adoption.
• Integrate Zuora with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics and ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Workday.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation consulting.
• Proven track record managing full-cycle implementation projects.
• Ability to perform fit/gap analysis and document complex technical requirements.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, or SQL.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time for on-site client work in North America and Canada.

Nice to have

• Background in Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Revenue, or subscription management projects.
• Hands-on experience with REST or SOAP API integrations.
• Expertise in data migration strategies.
