About the role
You will join the Corporate Operations team to manage and optimize our Workday environment. This role focuses on configuring HR systems, improving internal processes, and ensuring our global technology stack supports the entire employee lifecycle.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Act as the primary technical contact for Workday, handling configuration, troubleshooting, and testing across modules like Core HCM and Absence.
- Lead and support HR technology enhancement projects through the full agile development lifecycle.
- Maintain daily system health, including security administration, data audits, and management of HRIS support tickets.
- Coordinate with IT and Finance teams to support data integrations, APIs, and SFTP transfers.
- Develop and maintain documentation, process guides, and training materials for end users.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify system gaps and implement scalable, user-friendly solutions.
- Manage system deployment cycles to ensure high data integrity and accurate rollouts.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Workday administration, specifically with configuration, reporting, business processes, and calculated fields.
- Proficiency in HR operations including organization management, time off, and the employee lifecycle.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets for data validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on problem-solving and customer service.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday Security configuration and Absence Management.
- Background in supporting or integrating additional People Systems such as Okta or Greenhouse.
