This role serves as a strategic partner to Product and Technology leadership, guiding organizational transformation and talent strategy. You will operate as a ZEO Success Partner, balancing high-level planning with hands-on execution for global teams.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute talent strategies that address business challenges and improve retention.
• Analyze organizational sentiment data to identify issues and propose actionable solutions.
• Integrate AI tools to streamline routine HR tasks and validate data-driven outcomes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and FP&A to manage workforce planning, succession, and attrition forecasting.
• Lead talent review sessions and organizational design for Product, Engineering, Cloud, Security, and Technical Support teams.
• Oversee change management initiatives, including communication, implementation, and effectiveness tracking.
• Coordinate with internal centers of excellence to manage performance, compensation, and promotion programs.
• Coach senior leaders through complex business situations and resolve employee relations matters.

Requirements

• 8 to 10+ years of progressively complex HRBP experience.
• Background supporting Product or Engineering functions within a dynamic enterprise software or SaaS environment.
• Expertise in managing global strategic initiatives, including compensation, talent development, and organizational change.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor who translates leadership objectives into people practices.
• Proficiency in using HR metrics, data, and AI to influence business decisions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated grit and flexibility to navigate evolving priorities.
