Senior Sales Engineer, Enterprise

About the role

Join Zscaler's Majors West team as a Senior Sales Engineer. You will report to the Manager of Sales Engineering and play a key role in demonstrating Zscaler's cloud security solutions to enterprise clients. This position involves technical presentations, solution design, and guiding customers through product evaluations.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Present technical product information to potential customers.
• Identify customer technical needs to ensure proposed solutions are appropriate.
• Lead product evaluations and configure custom product setups.
• Develop and oversee evaluation test plans with customers to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Network Systems Integrator.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong background in cybersecurity and networking, including hands-on experience with TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN, and firewalls.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, Network+, CCNP, CCIE, or Security+.
