Technical Implementation Manager II

About the role

You will manage the end-to-end technical setup of ZoomInfo products to ensure they meet specific client objectives. This position involves troubleshooting complex technical hurdles, documenting best practices, and providing expert guidance to customers through webinars and Q&A sessions.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS technical troubleshooting or customer onboarding.
• Advanced proficiency with ZoomInfo RevOS platforms.
• Working knowledge of CRM products.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing complex projects and go-to-market strategies for diverse clients.

• Relevant certifications in Marketing Automation or CRM platforms.
