About the role
ZoomInfo is seeking a manager to lead our inbound sales development team in Bethesda. You will guide a group of sales professionals to identify and qualify new business opportunities while refining our internal processes.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales development representatives on a monthly basis
- Train staff on identification, outreach, and qualification of prospective clients
- Establish and monitor performance metrics for the team
- Conduct recurring 1:1 meetings to coach representatives through role plays and process reviews
- Collaborate with RevOps and RevTech departments to optimize organizational efficiency
- Create and manage reporting dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Work with sales leadership to improve opportunity management workflows
- Develop outreach strategies to engage various buyer personas
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of management experience within sales or sales development
- Demonstrated ability to build and retain high-performing teams
- Experience delivering pipeline in a fast-growing company using inbound and outbound models
- Understanding of the inbound sales development motion and how to motivate entry-level staff
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and general knowledge of the sales technology ecosystem
- Active listening skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with prospects and internal teams
- Basic familiarity with ZoomInfo product offerings
