This role is central to defining how ZoomInfo measures success for its product-led growth initiatives. You will build and maintain the analytical framework that guides the company's understanding of customer adoption, revenue generation, retention, and expansion across all products. This position requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into actionable insights to shape product strategy and drive business growth.

What you'll do
- Develop and manage the system for tracking product-led growth performance, covering customer acquisition, activation, engagement, monetization, retention, and expansion.
- Establish the company's definitive source for product-led growth metrics, including key performance indicator definitions, performance dashboards, executive reports, and industry benchmarks.
- Identify key indicators that predict customer activation, product usage, conversion rates, retention, and expansion.
- Ensure consistent measurement across different products, teams, and business units to provide a unified view of customer growth and product performance.
- Create adaptable frameworks that link customer actions to business results and investment decisions.
- Analyze the complete customer journey, from initial acquisition and onboarding to ongoing monetization and long-term retention.
- Pinpoint behavioral patterns, obstacles, and conversion challenges that affect activation, adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Build customer segmentation models to highlight differences in growth outcomes among various user profiles, customer groups, and product experiences.
- Investigate significant shifts in product-led growth performance, determine root causes, and quantify their business impact.
- Identify the specific behaviors and product interactions most strongly linked to successful customer outcomes and sustained value.
- Influence product investment and roadmap planning by quantifying market opportunities, identifying high-impact growth areas, and evaluating trade-offs between different initiatives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to Product, Growth, and Go-To-Market leadership on customer behavior trends, adoption patterns, and monetization prospects.
- Construct analytical models that assist teams in prioritizing investments across onboarding, activation, engagement, monetization, retention, and expansion.
- Design measurement strategies for major product launches and ensure their business impact is accurately assessed.
- Guide experimentation efforts throughout the product-led growth funnel, helping teams prioritize, evaluate, and scale growth initiatives.
- Present high-level insights to executives that inform product strategy, growth planning, and resource allocation.
- Redesign analytics processes using AI-first principles to replace manual tasks.
- Build automated systems for continuous monitoring of product performance, anomaly detection, and scaled identification of growth opportunities.
- Develop AI-assisted investigation workflows to speed up root-cause analysis and reduce time to insight.
- Establish scalable reporting and monitoring infrastructure that minimizes manual work while maintaining analytical accuracy.
- Continuously assess new AI capabilities and integrate them into the analytics operating model.
- Enhance self-service analytics capabilities while upholding data governance, consistency, and trust.
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
- Align teams around a shared understanding of product-led growth performance, customer behavior, and growth objectives.
- Lead cross-functional projects from opportunity identification through execution, measurement, and business impact assessment.
- Raise analytical standards and promote a data-informed decision-making culture throughout the organization.
Requirements
- 8 or more years of experience in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Customer Analytics, Strategy, or a similar field.
- Proven ability to independently lead significant analytical projects with demonstrable business results.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with a strong foundation in analytical methods.
- Experience conducting in-depth analyses of customer behavior, product performance, and business outcomes.
- Solid understanding of statistical principles and experimentation methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex data findings into practical business recommendations.
- Demonstrated success in influencing senior leaders and driving decisions using data.
- Strong skills in project management and prioritization.
- Experience in developing scalable reporting, monitoring systems, and operational processes.
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, or comparable technologies for workflow automation, accelerated investigations, and enhanced analytical output.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Product-Led Growth or self-service SaaS organizations.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and customer lifecycle analytics.
- Experience using AI tools to improve analytical workflows and operational efficiency.

- US Base Salary Range: $136,500 - $214,500 USD. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as work location, qualifications, skills, experience, and training.
