Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations

About the role

This position will oversee the operational strategy and execution for our Small & Medium Business go-to-market teams. You will be responsible for the architecture of these operations, driving revenue growth through efficient and scalable processes.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with analysts and sales leadership to identify and prioritize operational improvements for go-to-market teams.
• Lead complex, cross-departmental projects from initiation to completion, such as the establishment of new sales teams.
• Guide and mentor a team of analysts, aligning their work with company objectives and supporting their professional growth.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes, workflows, and tools to boost go-to-market efficiency and effectiveness.
• Address and resolve system and process issues promptly to ensure frontline teams can operate without interruption.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a comparable field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a team management capacity.
• Demonstrated success in creating, implementing, and maintaining operational processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing operational solutions for complex business challenges.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and influence across all organizational levels.
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• US base salary range: $150,000 - $172,500.
• Compensation may include equity, bonuses, or commission, in addition to benefits.
