About the role

Zicasso seeks a Senior Growth Product Manager to enhance its core trip request process. This role is central to driving user acquisition and conversion through data-informed strategies. You will be instrumental in refining the customer journey for luxury travel planning.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement the conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy for 2026.
• Lead two dedicated web CRO teams focused on different segments of the user journey.
• Conduct A/B tests, analyze performance data, and scale successful experiments.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure a premium brand experience.
• Partner with the data team to define tracking needs and analyze user behavior.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in product management.
• Demonstrated success in growth initiatives, conversion rate optimization, and flow improvements.
• Expertise in A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
• Experience with LLMs and AI-driven personalization.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Tableau (or similar tools like PowerBI).
• Ability to define tracking requirements and collaborate with data analysts.
• Experience managing backlogs using Jira.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be available to work until 3:00 PM Pacific Time.
• Background in business or technology with an understanding of luxury brand dynamics.
