Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

Zenrows is a rapidly expanding startup founded in 2021 that specializes in large-scale web data extraction and anti-bot bypass technology. We are seeking a permanent Full-Stack Engineer to join our GTM Activation team to improve user onboarding, trial conversion, and overall time-to-value.

What you'll do

• Develop and deploy full-stack features including onboarding UI, wizards, checklists, and in-app messaging.
• Manage backend services and APIs focused on user progress tracking and onboarding personalization.
• Create self-serve tools such as sandbox flows, data previews, and API explorers.
• Implement event tracking and instrumentation using PostHog, Segment, Amplitude, and BigQuery.
• Execute A/B tests and iterative experiments to optimize signup and conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to identify and remove user friction.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, system observability, and data security.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack or product engineering.
• Proficiency in modern frontend and backend development, specifically with React or similar frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS funnels, including signup, activation, and conversion.
• Experience implementing behavioral analytics and building activation dashboards.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
• Strong design sensibility for creating customer-facing interfaces.
• Ability to balance rapid delivery with technical debt management.

Nice to have

• Experience working on activation or conversion for API-based startups.
• Understanding of growth loops, North Star metrics, and time-to-value concepts.
• Background in improving self-serve flows for developer-facing tools.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-fidelity, pixel-perfect design implementation.
