What you'll do

• Guide and support the mobile development team, fostering their professional development.
• Assess project needs and forecast task completion times.
• Influence significant technical and architectural choices for the mobile application.
• Conduct code quality checks.
• Build and maintain mobile applications using our current technology stack.
• Ensure application performance and reliability through testing.
• Resolve issues, fix bugs, and update existing applications.
• Keep abreast of industry advancements to maintain product innovation.
• Operate within a continuous delivery framework.
• Partner with the product team to create user-friendly experiences.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in mobile development, with at least 3 years specifically using Flutter and Dart.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Team Lead or Tech Lead capacity.
• Familiarity with native mobile development practices.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID, and DRY principles.
• Practical experience with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, WebSocket, Analytics SDKs, and Firebase.
• Knowledge of state management solutions like Provider, BLoC, or GetX.
• Competence with Git and standard version control procedures.
• Experience in releasing applications to Google Play and the App Store.
