What you'll do

Manage the entire recruitment process for open positions, from initial hiring manager discussions and sourcing strategy development to candidate evaluation and offer negotiation.

Maintain clear and timely communication with all candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring journey.

Ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build effective working relationships, supporting their talent acquisition objectives.

Propose and implement improvements to our hiring procedures, exploring new and unconventional methods for candidate sourcing.

Stay informed about current recruitment trends and continuously refine our hiring practices to foster a transparent and effective process.

Requirements

Possess at least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within product-focused IT companies.

Demonstrated ability to manage 5-7 open roles concurrently while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Proven experience in developing sourcing strategies, identifying, and assessing candidates.

Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.

A strong sense of ownership for the recruitment process and a commitment to achieving successful outcomes.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve complex situations through effective dialogue.

A proactive mindset focused on enhancing existing processes and creating new, improved ones.

Exceptional time management and self-organization skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.

English language proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher.

Experience working with AI marketing tools.
