About the role
This position involves leading a core product area focused on AI-powered viral video creation for businesses. You will be responsible for defining the product's direction and strategy, aiming to help users generate engaging short-form videos that drive organic growth.

What you'll do
- Create and implement the product roadmap, aligning with company objectives.
- Enhance primary user journeys across web and mobile platforms.
- Boost product performance and user acquisition through data analysis.
- Refine revenue streams, particularly subscription models.
- Facilitate teamwork between engineering, marketing, analytics, and design departments.
- Introduce advanced product management practices and refine internal workflows.
- Research market trends and competition to inform new feature development.
- Conduct experiments and use analytical findings to improve user engagement and retention.
- Support product expansion by introducing new capabilities and entering new markets.
- Collaborate with various departments to achieve strategic targets.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years in Product Management, with experience in leadership roles and a B2C background being advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in scaling digital products.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including market research and translating data into actionable plans.
- Prior experience with subscription-based products.
- Practical knowledge of product analytics tools like Amplitude and Firebase, and marketing analytics platforms such as AppsFlyer and Google Analytics.
- A thorough understanding of marketing and product performance indicators.
- Experience managing A/B testing initiatives.
- Proven ability to implement strategies that improve user retention and growth.
- Skill in planning, prioritizing, and managing release schedules in close partnership with development teams.
- Familiarity with user interface and user experience design principles.
- Solid understanding of product development frameworks like Jobs-To-Be-Done.
- English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
