We are seeking a skilled Product Writer to craft clear and valuable content for our AI marketing platform. You will translate complex product features into user-friendly language, enhancing customer understanding and product adoption. This role is crucial in shaping how users experience and benefit from our offerings.
Key facts
What you'll do
Develop educational content, including product tutorials and guides for our Help Center and Zeely Academy.
Create and refine user-facing text across web, mobile, and AI functionalities.
Write copy for our website, landing pages, and product descriptions, supporting new B2B and SMB initiatives.
Utilize AI tools to assist in content creation, updates, and process automation.
Contribute to product emails and CRM communications as needed.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure consistent and helpful communication.
Requirements
Possess over 5 years of experience in product writing, UX writing, content design, or similar digital product writing roles.
Demonstrate experience creating English content for international audiences, particularly Tier-1 markets.
Have a track record of producing various user-facing content formats, such as product texts, tutorials, educational materials, Help Center articles, websites, and landing pages.
Excel at explaining intricate features and user scenarios in a simple, clear, and structured manner.
Exhibit strong product sense and an understanding of how content impacts user experience, activation, and conversion.
Possess practical experience using AI for content research, creation, editing, and scaling.
Be proactive and self-directed, comfortable working with diverse teams in a fast-paced product environment.
Provide an English-first portfolio showcasing relevant examples of product copy, educational content, Help Center articles, websites, or landing pages.
Have an English proficiency level of Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Nice to have
Experience with AI workflows, skills, or agents.
