This role focuses on enhancing Zeely's payment analytics by transforming intricate payment and billing information into understandable metrics, automated reports, and practical insights. You will play a key part in helping the business comprehend payment performance, pinpoint issues, and discover avenues for expansion.

What you'll do

• Develop and track essential payment performance indicators using automated reports and dashboards.
• Examine payment and user data to identify trends, problems, and areas for enhancement.
• Investigate payment success rates, including reasons for transaction failures and patterns in user payments.
• Conduct specific analyses to aid decisions made by product, finance, and other business units.
• Communicate clear, actionable findings to stakeholders and different departments.
• Create and maintain data structures, reporting tables, and visualization frameworks for company-wide use.
• Ensure payment data is accurate, consistent, and presented in an easily understandable format for business users.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 or more years of experience in payment analytics, specifically with payment, billing, or transaction data.
• Proficient in SQL for extracting, transforming, and analyzing large datasets.
• Practical experience in data visualization, reporting, and statistical analysis.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommend actions to stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with dbt.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher, and fluent Ukrainian for daily team communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to investigate complex issues and find root causes.
• A high degree of personal responsibility and the capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communication skills, including presenting findings, discussing ideas, and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Meticulous attention to detail, a curious mindset, and a proactive approach to improving processes and analytics.
