Marketing (Growth) Operations Manager

This position focuses on enhancing our marketing systems and creative output through automation and AI. You will be instrumental in refining our operational processes to support rapid scaling.

What you'll do

• Lead the development of marketing automation and AI initiatives.
• Oversee the martech team's efforts, guiding solutions from conception to deployment.
• Create detailed product requirements, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Examine workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and identify opportunities for automation.
• Streamline operational procedures, including Jira workflows, to reduce manual effort.
• Implement AI, automation, and no-code solutions for marketing and creative teams.
• Investigate new martech and AI tools, assessing their potential business value.
• Track and assess the success of automation projects and process enhancements.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, project management, marketing operations, or creative operations.
• Practical experience using Jira.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate tasks with software engineers.
• Proficiency in writing requirements and structuring processes.
• A mindset focused on systems and a strong sense of ownership.
• A proactive approach and a drive for optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools.
• Familiarity with Make, Zapier, or Airtable.
• Experience utilizing Jira Automation.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Background in performance marketing or creative production.
