About the role
Zeely is seeking a Growth Product Manager to drive expansion and user acquisition for our AI marketing platform. You will identify and execute strategies that increase key product metrics and business growth. This role is central to accelerating our already significant momentum.

What you'll do
- Explore new markets, customer profiles, and ideal customer characteristics.
- Uncover novel ways customers can utilize the product.
- Develop, rank, and confirm product-related assumptions.
- Implement and launch new features and minimum viable products.
- Evaluate outcomes and expand successful initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering departments.
- Pinpoint the company's most significant future growth avenues.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Growth Product Manager, Product Manager, Growth Marketing Manager, or Product Marketing Manager role within a product-focused company.
- Demonstrated success in launching new products, business units, or growth strategies, either from inception or scaling post-product-market fit.
- Experience in researching new markets, customer segments, and growth prospects.
- Practical experience conducting product experiments and A/B testing.
- Strong product intuition and strategic thinking abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of user journeys and product conversion paths.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Experience in defining product requirements and working with engineering teams.
- Knowledge of monetization strategies and unit economics.
- Proficient in making data-informed decisions.
- High level of accountability and the capacity to independently identify issues and drive solutions.
- English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Nice to have
- Background in AI, SaaS, or mobile products.
- Experience in developing or launching new business or monetization models.
- Experience with market or customer segment expansion.
- Experience managing substantial marketing budgets.
- Prior work in a product-led growth or experimentation-centric environment.
