TechOps Administrator

About the role

Zachary Piper Solutions is hiring a TechOps Administrator to support the Secure Operations Centers team in Redmond, Washington. You will maintain the reliability of Azure and Office365 platforms by managing deployment workflows and responding to service interruptions around the clock.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Track deployment progress and report status, escalating technical hurdles to the appropriate teams.
• Run established deployment scripts and follow standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with internal groups to restore services during outages while meeting defined service level agreements.
• Record all troubleshooting steps and recovery actions in the official system of record for audit and root cause analysis.
• Work with feature teams to implement recovery strategies and resolve high-volume technical issues.
• Maintain and update technical training materials and operational documentation.
• Oversee secure work area tasks, including physical hardware installation, escorting maintenance personnel, and general equipment support.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field or an equivalent mix of IT training and work experience.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Capability to perform precise technical work during time-sensitive service outages.
• Dedication to high-quality customer service.
