Senior Associate - Ad Operations

About the role

Z1tech is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage and grow revenue for our publisher partnerships. You will monitor performance metrics, implement monetization tactics, and serve as a primary point of contact for clients to ensure consistent growth.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of revenue optimization strategies for your designated publisher accounts.
• Track performance benchmarks and revenue KPIs across all monetization partners.
• Create and monitor revenue projections, ensuring each account meets its financial targets.
• Lead recurring sync meetings with clients to review growth plans and address operational concerns.
• Perform technical troubleshooting within ad serving platforms to guarantee proper delivery and revenue capture.
• Partner with Account Managers to resolve specific account hurdles and identify new expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with product and engineering departments to fix bugs, resolve policy violations, and manage ad serving issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of direct experience using Google Ad Manager for setup, reporting, and delivery monitoring.
• Deep understanding of GAM features including Ad Units, Line Items, Pricing Rules, and Key-Value targeting.
• Knowledge of AdTech and Google compliance standards, specifically regarding invalid traffic, content policies, and ad quality.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for building revenue models and analyzing datasets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client management.
• An analytical approach to evaluating yield metrics and developing optimization plans.
