About the role

YO IT Consulting is hiring an Excel Specialist to help improve AI performance by evaluating document generation. You will create realistic business scenarios and assess how well AI models handle complex tasks in Microsoft Office.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Build and test business cases that require advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Interact with LLMs through multi-turn prompts to test their ability to produce professional documents.
• Compare two AI-generated files side-by-side and determine which is superior based on accuracy and business utility.
• Write detailed feedback reports to help the AI training team refine their models.
• Apply your professional industry knowledge to ensure the training data reflects real-world business needs.
• Maintain clear communication with the project team regarding your evaluations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies using the Microsoft Office suite for professional projects.
• Proven ability to build complex models, presentations, and reports.
• Professional background in fields such as investment banking, private equity, consulting, FP&A, marketing, or HR.
• Expertise in creating content for business functions like operations, strategy, sales, or finance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain why one document is better than another.

Nice to have

• Experience using LLMs or writing prompts for AI tools.
