About the role

YO IT Consulting is looking for an AI Engineer to build and maintain production-grade machine learning systems. You will focus on creating scalable infrastructure and automating pipelines to support sophisticated model deployment.

What you'll do

• Develop and refine machine learning models for production use.
• Create and manage automated end-to-end ML pipelines using CI/CD standards.
• Deploy and scale infrastructure using AWS cloud services.
• Manage containerized workloads via Kubernetes to maintain system availability.
• Work alongside researchers and engineers to turn business needs into technical ML applications.
• Prepare and structure real-world data for model training.
• Write technical documentation and explain your development decisions to the team.

Requirements

• Professional background in developing and deploying machine learning algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python or Java with a history of working on large software projects.
• Experience implementing CI/CD automation.
• Practical knowledge of AWS for data pipelines and ML.
• Advanced skills in Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Ability to define and solve intricate data problems.
• Strong communication skills for technical reporting and collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Background in startup or rapid-growth settings.
• History of open-source contributions or academic publications in AI.
