Senior Product Manager

About the role

Yassir is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our customer communication initiatives within our super app ecosystem. You will define the vision and execution for features including in-app chat, push notifications, VoIP, email, and customer support tools.

What you'll do

• Own the product strategy and lifecycle for customer communication channels from discovery to delivery.
• Manage day-to-day product operations, including backlog grooming, agile ceremonies, and OKR tracking.
• Analyze performance metrics, market shifts, and user feedback to guide feature development.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to launch high-impact solutions.
• Coordinate with remote stakeholders to maintain alignment on project goals.
• Take ownership of emerging product topics autonomously as the business evolves.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a product manager in the technology sector.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results with a bias for action.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a business-related field.
• Previous experience managing Associate Product Managers.
