DevOps Engineer - 29266
Job description
About the role
You will design, implement, and maintain the end-to-end infrastructure that powers our mission-critical solutions for federal clients, ensuring every deployment adheres to strict government standards. You will partner closely with developers and system architects to embed security and compliance directly into the delivery pipeline from the very first commit. This position owns the reliability and performance of our cloud environments, proactively identifying bottlenecks and architecting resilient fixes before they impact users. You will leverage automation to eliminate manual errors, turning complex operational tasks into repeatable, documented, and auditable workflows. You will manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure as code, treating configuration as a product that is versioned, tested, and reviewed. This role requires constant learning of emerging technologies so you can evaluate and integrate tools that strengthen our engineering velocity and stability. You will act as a key troubleshooter for production incidents, leading root cause analysis and driving improvements to prevent future disruptions. By mentoring team members on best practices, you will help cultivate a culture where operational excellence is a shared responsibility across the organization.
