About the role
Worldly seeks a seasoned finance leader to guide our financial direction and operational efficiency as we expand our impact intelligence platform worldwide. This role reports to the CFO and will collaborate across departments to enhance analytical functions, support company expansion, and contribute to sustainable, profitable growth.

What you'll do
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support company growth and maximize stakeholder value.
- Cultivate a strong analytical environment focused on excellence and ongoing improvement.
- Manage investor reporting and track key performance indicators across the organization.
- Assist with business planning, forecasting, and financial modeling for executive decision-making.
- Conduct business case analyses and provide insights to inform product, pricing, operational, and acquisition strategies.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of progressive finance experience.
- Experience in a growth-stage company, including scaling financial operations.
- Solid understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proven ability to transform complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
Nice to have
- CFA designation.
- Prior experience in a consulting role at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG, or as an Associate at an investment bank, private equity, or venture capital firm.
- Experience working within a diverse, distributed, remote-first team environment.
