Senior Salesforce Administrator
About the role
This role is for an experienced Salesforce Administrator who enjoys automating processes and optimizing system performance. You will collaborate with business leaders to streamline operations and enhance the CRM ecosystem.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Monitor system health, resolve issues, and ensure data accuracy.
- Manage user access, security settings, and clean up outdated configurations.
- Identify and implement AI-driven solutions and automate workflows using Salesforce Flow.
- Partner with business units to understand needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Provide user support, develop training materials, and communicate system changes.
- Lead system upgrades and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years working as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Significant experience supporting complex sales and service operations, with a strong grasp of the Quote-to-Cash process.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ is mandatory.
- Active Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; Advanced Administrator or CPQ Specialist certification is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to manage system security, profiles, permission sets, and change control.
- Experience with third-party integrations and AppExchange packages.
Nice to have
- Experience with Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) for Professional Services Automation (PSA) and/or ERP workflows.
Skills & tools
- Salesforce Flow, Custom Objects, Record Types, Reports, Dashboards.
- Salesforce Einstein, Prompt Builder.
- Experience with legacy Salesforce configurations, Workflow Rules, and Process Builders.
