About the role
Workwave is looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the evolution of WinTeam, the company's core ERP platform serving commercial cleaning and security guarding businesses. This position focuses on transforming a mature, mission-critical system by integrating AI capabilities, data intelligence, and modern SaaS practices. You will shape product direction while supporting thousands of enterprise client sites with complex operational needs.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Own the complete vision, strategy, and delivery for WinTeam's primary ERP modules
- Guide platform modernization efforts, balancing architecture improvements with immediate customer value
- Shift product execution from feature output toward measurable business outcomes
- Integrate machine learning, predictive analytics, and automated decision-making into workflows
- Build, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers and Product Owners
- Establish strong discovery practices, clear requirements documentation, and disciplined prioritization
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, go-to-market teams, and executives to improve delivery speed and market impact
- Strengthen customer relationships through advisory boards, site visits, and discovery conversations
- Represent the product in strategic sales cycles and industry events
- Oversee product profitability and partner with Finance on pricing and packaging strategies
- Develop data-backed ROI cases for new feature investments
Requirements
- 10+ years in product management
- 5+ years leading and developing PM teams within enterprise B2B SaaS environments
- Experience with mission-critical platforms such as ERP, workforce management, payroll, or high-volume operations software
- Demonstrated success transforming mature platforms, addressing technical debt, and managing customer transitions without disrupting operations
- Working knowledge of designing and launching AI-assisted, data-driven product capabilities
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders, lead strategic customer discussions, and present to executive leadership
- Bachelor's degree required
